This website does not collect enquiries through forms. When you contact us by WhatsApp or telephone we receive the information you choose to provide: typically your name, telephone number, postcode or property address, the details of your enquiry, any calculator estimate included in your message, and any photographs or documents you send.
The site itself does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address as part of serving them.
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit or survey, prepare a quotation or tender return, and carry out any work you then instruct. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp Business and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy notice. Our website host (Netlify, Inc.) processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, in order to serve the site. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, except where needed to do the work you have asked for (for example a manufacturer warranty registration, or contacting a tenant on a landlord's instruction) or where the law requires it.
Enquiries we do not take further are deleted within 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept for six years after completion for warranty, safety-certificate and accounting purposes.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it.
